Frequently Asked Questions #
How do I submit a support request? Click the Open a support ticket button above. You’ll need a free GitHub account. Describe your issue as clearly as possible — which app, which device, and what happened. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
Which apps does this support page cover? All applications published by Asociația unPi pentru Școlari. If you’re unsure whether an app is ours, check the publisher name in your app store or school portal.
Is my child’s data safe? Yes. Our apps do not collect personally identifiable information without explicit consent, and all data is handled in compliance with GDPR. For specific concerns, open a Privacy & Data issue.
Do I need a GitHub account to get support? Yes, a free GitHub account is required to open an issue. If that’s a barrier, you can reach us via the email listed on our GitHub organization page.
Can I request an app for my school? Absolutely! Open a Feature Request and describe what you need — include the grade level, subject, and any specific requirements. We love hearing from teachers and school staff.
How long does it take to get a response? We typically respond within 1–2 business days. Complex issues may take longer, but we’ll keep you updated directly in the issue thread.
